If you prefer a night in, the fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal. The master bedroom features a luxurious queen-sized bed. The second bedroom also offers a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom includes another queen-sized bed for a comfortable stay. For extra sleeping space, there’s a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room perfect for larger groups or families. All bedrooms are outfitted with high-quality, luxurious bedding to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Step outside onto the large wrap-around balcony to relax and take in breathtaking, unobstructed views of the city. Whether it’s morning coffee or evening drinks, the outdoor seating area is perfect for enjoying the scenery. For your convenience, the home includes an ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi for streaming or work, and 1 free parking spot. HOUSE RULES No pets or visiting animals allowed. Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony, or in any common areas. There will be a $350 fine for violations. Please remove shoes when inside the unit, especially on carpets and rugs. No overnight visitors permitted. No parties or excessively loud noise. Quiet hours are from 09 PM to 09 AM. Please enjoy meals in the dining area—food is not allowed on the furniture. If you lose or misplace a key or key fob, there will be a $250 replacement fee. If you’ll need bedding for the sofa bed, kindly let us know ahead of time so we can have it ready for you. Mail & Packages: Please note there is no access to a mailbox as it is for the owner’s use only. Front Desk: The front desk services are for residents only. Please do not approach them. If you need anything or have questions during your stay, feel free to reach out to us directly! Important Notes: You must be 25 years or older to book. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $250 will be charged if you request an additional key fob. Building Amenities: These are exclusively for residents, so unfortunately, they aren’t available to guests. Additional Parking: If you need more than the complimentary parking spot provided, you can use the secure underground garage at Green P Parking Lot 18, located at 351 Keele St just a short 5-minute drive away. Rates range from 20–30 CAD per day, depending on availability.
