HOUSE RULES We ask that you are respectful of the suite, neighbours, and the next guests. 1. Absolutely no smoking inside the suite at any time. 2. Absolutely no parties, or excessive noise. We'd really appreciate it if you were respectful of the neighbours. The suite is equipped with a decibel noise sensor and will trigger if there is excessive noise (party, loud music, shouting, etc.). If a bylaw officer comes to the suite for noise, you will be liable for a noise complaint fine from the city of Toronto bylaw officers which we'd like to avoid for our guests. 5. We can make an exception for hypoallergenic/non shedding small dogs. Pets are allowed only after approval and additional cleaning fee of $50 is applied. 6. If a fob, key, or parking remote is provided during your stay and any of these items are lost, a replacement fee of $200 per item will apply.
