No Parties or Events 🚫🎉 – Please respect the space and avoid hosting gatherings or parties. No Pets Allowed 🐾 – Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property. No Smoking 🚭 – Smoking is not permitted inside the house or anywhere on the premises. No Unregistered Guests 👥 – Only those who are registered in the booking are allowed on the property. Quiet Hours 🤫 – Please be mindful of noise, especially during the late evening and early morning. Remove Shoes 👟 – Kindly remove shoes when entering the house to maintain cleanliness. Respect Neighbors 🏡 – Please be considerate of the neighbors and avoid any disruptive behavior. Garbage Disposal 🗑️ – Please dispose of trash in the provided bins and follow any guidelines provided for waste collection. Damage and Breakage 💔 – If any damage occurs during your stay, please notify the host immediately. Guests may be responsible for covering any damages caused. If a fob, key, or parking remote is provided during your stay and any of these items are lost, a replacement fee of $200 per item will apply.

This unit is part of a triplex home, with separate units located upstairs and in the basement, each with its own private entrance. You might expect other guests staying there. As our guest, you'll have exclusive access to the main level and your own private entrance for a comfortable and independent stay😊 🚗 Parking: Parking is available at the back of the property for vehicles less than 182 inches (15.2 ft) in length and 72–73 inches wide. Larger vehicles may not fit in the designated spot. For those with larger cars, we recommend using Green P Parking Lot 047, located just 1 minute away from the property. You can search “Green P Parking Lot 047” in your maps app for directions.
