We ask that you are respectful of the suite, neighbours, and the next guests. HOUSE RULES 1. Absolutely no smoking inside the suite at any time. If its found out smoking fine would be $500. 2. Absolutely no parties, or excessive noise. We'd really appreciate it if you were respectful of the neighbours. The suite is equipped with a decibel noise sensor and will trigger if there is excessive noise (party, loud music, shouting, etc.). If a bylaw officer comes to the suite for noise, you will be liable for a noise complaint fine from the city of Toronto bylaw officers which we'd like to avoid for our guests. 3. Please ensure you dispose of your garbage prior to check out via garbage chute. 4. Please ensure that place has with furniture in the same place/location where you had initially found in at the time of Check-In. 5. If a fob, key, or parking remote is provided during your stay and any of these items are lost, a replacement fee of $200 per item will apply.
