HOUSE RULES Pets and visiting animals are not permitted. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on the balcony, and in all common areas. A $350 fine will apply for violations. Please remove shoes when inside the unit, especially on carpets and rugs. Overnight guests are not allowed. No parties or disruptive noise. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Food and drinks should be kept off the furniture. Kindly use the dining area for meals. If a fob, key, or parking remote is issued during your stay and becomes lost, a $200 replacement fee will be charged per item. If you require bedding for the sofa bed, please inform us in advance so we can have it ready before your arrival. Mail & Packages: There is no mailbox access for guests; it is reserved for the owner. Important: Please do not contact or approach the front desk, as their services are exclusively for building residents. If you need anything during your stay, feel free to contact us directly. Also, kindly avoid mentioning Airbnb. Booking & Guest Policy Guests must be 25 years or older to book. A $50 CAD fee applies per additional guest per night beyond 6 guests, with a maximum of 8 guests allowed. A refundable $250 security deposit is required if an additional fob is requested. Please note: All building amenities are strictly for resident use and are not available to guests.

Parking: One complimentary parking spot is included. Extra parking is available at Green P Parking Lot 18 (351 Keele St) for $20–$30 per day, just a 5-minute drive away. Extra Guests: $50 CAD per guest, per night applies for any guests over 6 (maximum occupancy 9).
