Quiet hours: 09pm-09am. - Please keep food off the furniture. Please enjoy your meals in the dining area. - If a fob, key, or parking remote is provided during your stay and any of these items are lost, a replacement fee of $200 per item will apply. - Please let us know in advance if you would need sofa bed bedding so we can prepare before your arrival. - Mail & Packages: Please note that there is no access to a mailbox. This is for owner’s use only. - The building amenities are for residents use only. Note: Please DO NOT approach the front desk. Their services are for residents only.
