A $350 fine applies for violations. 👟 Shoes Off Inside Please remove your shoes indoors—especially on carpets and rugs—to help keep everything fresh and clean. 👥 Guests & Visitors No overnight visitors are permitted. Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM 🌙 to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. 🍴 Food & Drinks Enjoy meals at the dining table. Please avoid placing food or drinks on sofas, beds, or other furniture to prevent spills and stains. 🔑 Keys, Fobs & Remotes Keep any keys, fobs, or remotes safe during your stay. Lost items carry a $200 replacement fee. If you plan to use the sofa bed 🛏️, let us know in advance so we can provide the bedding. 📦 Mail & Packages Mailboxes and package delivery services are for residents only. Please do not approach the front desk, as their services are also for residents. If you need assistance, message us directly—we’re always happy to help 💬. 👶 Age & Occupancy Bookings are accepted for guests 25+ years old.
